Hard work results in a very successful year Officers lead 3 tuden ts The 1988-89 Closs Officers ond Student Council excelled in mony activities to make this on eventful and exciting year The Senior Class Officers began the year with the annual Tumobout Donce on November 12. The dance was held or Pipe Fitters Union Hall on St, Joseph Avenue and for the first time, the music was provided by o video jockey rother then 0 disc jockey. Two 10'x10i screens provided music and great entertainment. Tumobout proved to be on exciting and memorable events The sponsors for the Closs of '89 are Mrst Judy Isooc 0nd Mrs. Mary Jo Nixon. Lou- rel Offermon, Vice-President, remembers, HThe Class of '89 has brought about many chonges including bringing the king ond queen back to prom and using modern equipment to chonge the ordinary DJ to 0 VJ ivideo jockew ot turnobout 88' The officers, with the help of Mrs, Nixon and Mrs. lsooc, also planned the senior trip, SENIOR OFFICERS: President Kerry Pace, Vice Prey idem Laurel Offermon and Val Longen, Secretory commencement, closs gift, and other octivi- ties throughout the year. The Junior Closs Officers began the year by planning the 1988 Fall Football Homecoming which was 0 tremendous suc' cess. Mrs Milt Knopfmeier and Mrs Sherry Smith are sponsors for the Class of '90. Thejuhiors also planned the Junior-Se- hior Prom traditionally held in the spring. The Sophomores held the annual con- dy sole in February Meetings were held throughout the year so the sophomores could begin planning their activities for the Upcoming years Mrs. Janet Leismer ond Mrs. Dorlehe Dycus ore sponsoring the Class of '91s The Freshman Class started the year strong by winning the Pep Jug in the first Pep Assembly.
