Bailey scored the lone touchdown. CENTRAL - EUFAULA: Central lost to a strong Eufaula team in the last 4 minutes by a 12-6 score. CENTRAL - OPELIKA: Central was again defeated in the closing minutes of the game after a hard fought battle with the Opelika Bulldogs. The score was 15-7. CENTRAL - DOTHAN: Central defeated a favored Dothan eleven by the score of 19-14. The Red Devils were paced by Hanson and Warr. CENTRAL - SIDNEY LANIER: After holding the Poets to a 7-7 first half score the Red Devils bogged down and were on the short end of a 26-14 score. CENTRAL - ENSLEY: In the next game, the Red Imps defeated a spirited Ensley 11 from Birmingham, Alabama. A Stubbs-to-Wade pass combination clicked for the winning touchdown. The score 14-7. CENTRAL - JORDAN: In a Bi-city clash the Red Devils were defeated at the hands of the Jordan Jackets to the tune of 21-6. CENTRAL - COLUMBUS: The Red Devils were again defeated by a Bi-city foe by the score of 19-13. CENTRAL - VALLEY: The Central boys, in a hard fought contest, tied the Valley Tradesman by the count of 13-13.
