Medical Department l)r. Morri Ba» School Physician Central High ha three profession al people to serve the need of it pupil : Two doctor and a nurse. The nurse’s office is open during the entire school day. Certain day are set aside for physical examination . Doctor Ha comes for the hoy and Doctor Schults for the girls. Among the mall) service rendered are: examination of teeth, checking of eye ; the patch and other tests: the administering of polio shot to those who did not have them in the summer months. A teacher may send a pupil who is ill to the nurse at any time, listing the reason. The teacher signs the slip. The nurse see the student, mark the time of leaving the health office, and sign her name. A blue slip j.. used, headed “Teacher-Nurse Report for High School”.
