Dedication | seems that enly a few days ago we were all together here in school. No one thought of wars and fighting. of armies and navies. However, it is all so different now. Since Pearl Harbor, everything has changed. That curly-haired fellow who used to sit in the front seat has another seat— in the coc kpit ol a P-38. Those boys who used to make so much noise during lunch period are in Navy Blue now. Yes, it is all so different. Every so often these boys get leave and come back to see the rest of us. Its great to see them again. We are proud they answered their country's call when they were needed the most. They are real Americans in every sense of the word. Now that our high school days are about to end, we are sorry that these boys cannot be present with us at the occa- sion of our graduation ceremonies. However, with great respect and admiration we dedicate our yearbook to these former classmates of ours who are fighting in the armed services of the United States.
