-- One-Acts -- Short plays amuse pupils Ten student directors and over 50 students were involved in the February production of the one-act plays. Students in the plays practiced after school, and the drama instructor's only role was to coordinate the rehearsals. The students showed a lot of enthusiasm, commented Ms. Annette Lewis, drama teacher. They were dependable and hard working. The directors and actors both learned how difficult it is to produce a quality play. The one-act plays are presented each February as the year's second major drama presentation. Actors receive experience from the one-acts that f benefits the major productions, Ms. Lewis said. In the play Many Moons Byron Carrick asks Mfg to hear the special music that the princess heard, while Liz Scarinzi sits pensively. In order to fully develop their characters, Clzris Arnold and Kathy Pongracz rehearse their roles.
