Qu M Devoting much time and energy in service to the school is our Princi- pal, D. P. Whitley. Mr. Whitley is regarded with affection by all his eager charges as he continually holds aloft the high ideals of High Point High School. Miss Frankie Craven, our new Dean of Girls, has already proved that her pleasing disposition and understanding of students will make her a promising candidate for High Point High's Faculty Hall of Fame. Seen everywhere, giving advice and making himself congenial with everyone, is our Dean of Boys, Ralph Vance. His jovial personality is an inspiration to all who know him. l . TQ ,aww .4 x 3

His enthusiasm, his friendly interest in students, and his co-operation with the schools and the community have earned for him the respect and admiration of all. An invaluable connecting link between school and community is the school board. These civic- minded citizens, interested in the education of tomorrow's leaders, have worked long and hard to in- sure a good educational system for the youth of High Point.
