Checking absentees and managing the clin- ic, these girls have kept Miss Menden- hall's office running smoothly all year. Lffl to right: -Iane O,Bricn, Dorothy Black, Nancy Ruth Barker, Joann White, Sue Oakley, Nancy Lambeth, Nora Bundy, 'lane Beam, Nancy Oglesby, Betty C l a i r e Schultheiss, Geraldine Bullock, Peggy Cranford, De- lores Beck, and Melba Clapp. the Jiore, and ihe cfeana J officea laboriously check the morning attendance and do other detailed work. During the day, assistants spend a lot of time at the typewriter writing reports. This is Mr. Hunt,s staff-H ready to carry out any of his requests. Still another office group is that of Miss Menden- hall, fourteen fold, who work side by side with the aforementioned group, checking attendance, issuing sick slips, and recording tardies, along with their major duty of taking rare of the clinic and its occupants. The 'fcall of duty brings fourteen members of the student body to work in the student store. Miss Meador supervises this staff which keeps the store open every period of the day to sell students their school supplies. Tops in attendance records is Mr. Hunt's staff.
