Fall Play The Giants' Dancev LEFT T0 RIGHT: King Ambroseg Geoffrey, Queen Boudiccag Guardg Grigas, Thank you, but I'm not the giant that dance The 1966 Fall Play was f'The Giants' Dance, a modern fairy tale concerning the struggles for power in a kingdom of ancient Britain. It Was presented on October 26 and 27 by the Central High Players under the direc- tion of Mrs. Amy Sutton. Mr. Raymond Williams was the technical director. Fashion, Central High School's Spring Play, was presented by Thes- pians on May 4 and 5. The play, written by Anna Cora Mowatt, is an old-fash- ioned melodrama with music. Fash- ionf, a comedy in five acts, depicts life in New York during the 1880's. The story centers around Mrs. Tiffany, a lady who imagines herself to be fashion- able. Her ambition to set the styles for all of New York causes conflict through- out the play. All songs, costumes, and settings are similar to those used when melodramas were in fashion. Director for the Spring Play was Mr. Raymond Williams. Make-up di- rector was Mrs. Amy Sutton and stage manager was Deldon Hamann. cAsT . Adam Trueman ....................................
