Fall Play The Giants' Dancev LEFT T0 RIGHT: King Ambroseg Geoffrey, Queen Boudiccag Guardg Grigas, Thank you, but I'm not the giant that dance The 1966 Fall Play was f'The Giants' Dance, a modern fairy tale concerning the struggles for power in a kingdom of ancient Britain. It Was presented on October 26 and 27 by the Central High Players under the direc- tion of Mrs. Amy Sutton. Mr. Raymond Williams was the technical director. Math Central High's Math Team, coached by Miss Virginia Pratt, consists of the forty-four members of the Experi- mental Math class. This class attempts to broaden the mathematical horizon of these students by extending normal classroom subjects and by exploring subjects, such as the Numbers Theory, not usually taught in high school math courses. It also teaches the students to make quick, accurate decisions while Working under pressure, an important factor in test-taking. One of the most important events of the year for Math Team was the Na- tional High School Mathematics Con- test. Other activities of the Math Team included participation in the Creighton Mathematics Field Day and the Intra- City Math Contest, in which Central placed second. Team Now let's see.
