The French Club is one of the most active organizations at Central. The highlight of the year was the annual spring banquet. B. .Anderson Membership in the Spanish Club is open to any student at Central who has studied or is acquainted with the language. This year the Spanish Club, guided by Miss Kinnear, has developed a deeper understanding of Spain, its customs, and people. The Spanish Club had a fall picnic, the annual paper pick up, a Christmas party with the traditional breaking of the pinata, and a Mexican style banquet. Devin Kalpiers ... Ruth Austad . Vicki Sperling .. . Mrs. Palmer Tri-Ettes is an organization affliatcd with the Y.W.C.A. and is the oldest school organization of this type in Minneapolis. The members of Tri-Ettes have chapter meetings every other week and an all school meeting once a month. This energetic group of girls planned many events which included a judo exhibition, the annual Christmas dance, exercise nights, and an Easter breakfast.
