EL CLUB E PA OL 'Yanios a Nlejico! is the cry heard from the Spanish Club as they anticipate a wry probable trip to Mexico during the summer. The Club. open to anyone who has taken a year of Spanish. has been selling stationery, vanilla. and Christmas cards as a means of raising part of time funds. A dance. The Starlight Stomp, was also given for the student body. Meeting monthly under the direction of Pat Spencer. president. and Mrs. Olson. adviser. the Club has var- ious parties throughout the year such as the big Christ- mas Party where members illustrated their knowledge of the language by giving a Spanish play. Spanish visitors throughout the year also familiarized the members with the dress and language of the people. The caravan to Mexico, a biannual event for many years. has aided the members understanding and knowledge of Mexico and is certainly a wonderful experience. Rau' 1: tlouchman. Buhrman. Spencer.
