The Spanish Club was created to stimulate interest in the culture and language of the Spanish-speaking countries by sponsoring a series of meetings one Wednesday every month. That is exactly what these modern-day Romans do at their annual banquet. Dressed in flowing robes and short togas, they combine their sumptuous feast with many colorful and impressive ceremonies. The Latin Club is one of Centralville's oldest organizations. At their meetings they learn and study the amusements, customs, and home life enjoyed by the ancient Romans.
