Now here's an organization in our village that strives for self-improvement and good fellowship. Triettes made favors for the Veterans Hospital at one of their meetings. At another meeting they decided to sacrifice their refreshments for three meetings in order to send chocolate to children in Europe. Parties with Hi-Y helped to moke the year more enjoyable in Centralville.

Our local police force attained glory during the past year. The time and effort they spent beyond the call of duty was an important factor in maintaining law and order on the streets of Centralville.
