Erickson, A Minor. D. Westegard. W. Youngmark. CENTRAUAN The Centralian finally left port, after two months anchorage. Three days off port we hit a storm. With high hopes we drove forward. The rains came—organization, dummy, shooting schedule and cover. Quick flashes and pictures were taken. Deep into the heart of the torrent we went—pictures, mounting, and scaring up a messenger to relay our work to the engraver. Suddenly through the black clouds came a ray of light—our last mounting deadline complete. Briskly we worked to clear the decks of copy. We weathered the storm and headed towards port. Task done, voyage completed, we present the fresh rain washed ‘49 edition of the Centralian. Ye editor end his number ono assistent in the midst of big decisions.
