Crowdedness in the lunchroom makes for close communion. Carl Dudley, Antonece Spear and William Barron seem to be enjoying themselves. Tony Howard debates fighting the hall-mania or waiting until the crowd clears, as Faith Griffin looks on. Between classes, all that one sees is a sea of bodies, all trying to get to different places at the same time. A FULL HOUSE There are more students than ever at Central Oo you ever get that D feeling that you're glued to the floor? Well, here in the halls of Central, many of us feel that way each day. The halls are overcrowded, and that is a problem that all students must deal with. A senior, Shannon Creamer, complains, ‘Sometimes I’m late for class after hav- ing to squeeze through the halls.’ Pam Peacock adds, “People stop and socialize in the halls, and it’s always right in front of you!”’ As we try to manipulate our way through the halls, it seems as though we're in 1 there are more smiling faces to greet us in the halls.” a sardine can. Every year, it gets worse — and that’s not hard to believe, be- cause every year, we have more students. What can be done about this problem? One student, Joanie Lar- sen, suggests, “Build an- other school”. Well, until we build another school or building we just have to grin and bear it. There is one advantage to this whole mess; there are more smiling faces to greet us in the halls.
