his year at Central is - different, challeng- ing, and ap‘‘peel- ing’. Central is different from all other schools be- cause we have variety. A va- riety of students, that is, all working together to make a great school. Maybe that’s why we are sole possessors of the year’s Best Sports- manship Award presented annually by the Macon Ex- change Club. Challenging. Well, this year at Central challenges students in several ways. Having more students than ever before tests the pa- tience of everyone. Another is the constant battle to keep up grades; this is something that always is on our minds. Finally, there is a new challenge at Central. The newly formed Spirit Committee invites every- one to “Get that Charger Spirit!’’. The students re- spond with higher atten- dance at school games. With all of these things comes the ap ‘peel”’. Stu- dents at Central create an inviting atmosphere that’s hard to resist. Take a peel of the Orange — you'll find us most ap ‘‘peeling’”’. Gathering around and having fun is just part of our ap’’peel’’. Taking a lunchtime break, the senior porch group enjoys its extra time. x Stn aka S a : 1) aane ale iy)
