at Hello! This is Betty Garrard and this is Cecil Whitaker of Miller and Lanier Senior High Schools. May we tell you something? Sometimes when people just have to talk and want to talk about things that mean a lot to them, they realize then just how deep their feelings really are. Now, near the end of our last year in high school, we appreciate more than ever before our years in school. We, the editors of the 1955 annual, are proud of our schools and of all that they have given us. And we want to show to someone-an outsider, maybe-some of the things we associate with these days. This outsider. this imaginary visitor, can he any person from any town anywhere. He can arrive on any train. lie met hy any group of students and he introduced to our schools anytime during the year. We shall enjoy having him know people and places that mean so much to us. Vile shall take him through every phase of life at Miller and Lanier. Hy introdueing him to these different phases, we believe that he will understand these mixed-up. deep-rooted feelings of ours. Now let's imagine the arrival of that erson.
