we hear that Robert McCormick did not follow in his father's footsteps as a Geometry teacher but joined the Air Force and Commands Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. He flew up to be at our Reunion and he looks very dignified in his blue General's uniform. As we walk by Mary Fuller Autry and Merle l-leath we hear Mary 'Fuller telling of the mischievous boys in her fifth grade class at District 47 school. Merle is extending an invitation to all her friends to visit in Longhom, Texas at the Heath Beauty Salon of which she is proud owner. Barbara Strickland and Bonnie Jones seem very happy with the work that Grey do. They are telling Shirley McCorquada1e, who has just been promoted as head Nurse at Rex, that they work as matrons for the Home for the Aged in Asheville. The cool climate seems to agree with them. Leslie Fisher and Charles Eason, the noted Scientists of our class, have just arrived. It has been rumored that their latest experiment is making White Lightning' without the use of com. Mrs. Jack Barefoot and Mrs. Howard Maxwell, the former Misses Edna Joyce Brewer and Pat Weeks, are very happy in their chosen careers as housewife and mother. We were afraid that they might not make it to our reunion, but we are very glad that they could come. Betty Lois McLaurln has been telling Pennie Godwin, who is now Assistant Manager of S.H. Kress and Co. , of the possibilities of advancement in her vocation as librarian at the Public Library in Payette ville. l-lere's Billy Lucas, late as usual, but he has a good reason since he's become proud owner of the Dunn-Erwin Skating Rink. He invites all the students of Central Hi to come visit his new Rink., It seems everyone has arrived. Noi l spoke too soon. Here comes Elma Mae Bain with Frances Eason and lettie Grey Caison. After finishing high school Elma moved to Missouri to live with her sister Frances is now married to Mr. Roy Norris, while Lettie Grey is living in wade with her daughter Phyllis. And so, ten years have passed since we were all together as one happy family in school. Although it is with sadness that we remlnisce, we are proud of the progress that we have made. We shall accept these changes as another stepping stone in life, for this is what we learned when we were together--that life separates but does not withhold memories.
