Cunt: Quite a few of our classmates have gone into the farming business. Dorothy Landers owns a farm near Iinion Springs. Carol Leach, who is now a gym teacher, spends all her spare time on a farm that she and Barbara Iiuzzy', Razarnik own. Ruzzy. you know, is singing in most of the Rroadway hits. John Mthe Ape Hlywa owns a farm just outside Auburn. Upon his graduation from agricultural College, he married Roberta Fares and they have settled down on the farm. III.-XRIONZ I see we have one of Auburn's brilliant photographers with us. She is none other than Frances Quinzi. Yvhy. the master of ceremonies is Tom Derbini. Heis candidate for President of the Ivnited States this year. He also has served six years in the Navy. Whatss first on the entertainment list? CARM: First of all, there is going to be a basketball game with Pat Heath, Joyce Conway, and Carol NChickie'i Cermano, the All-American stars on the team. 'I'here's their manager, Nancy Riester. and publicity agent, Jolm DiScenza. John broadcasts many of the games over Station ACHS. After the game, there will be musical entertainment with Jo Sulli, the great Metropolitan Opera star, singing and Isabel Shoots playing the Icello. Isabel plays with the New York City Philharmonic Orchestra. Next on the program is the greatly acclaimed skater, Carol Muldoon. I remember how she got her start at the Reva Rolls-rdrome in '52 MARION! I received a telegram this morning from Connie Sawaryn, who is flying to Europe. Sheis an air line stewardess so she knew she could not be at the party tonight. CARM: Do you see Marie Reilley very often? Since she gave up her job at Newberry's to marry Pete, I don't see her too often. I hear that Maryann Berry is married to Ronnie. MARION: That's right. Remember Mary Bauso? She is now working in the school office as clerk, and she says she enjoys it very much. CARM: I've heard that Joyce Smith is quite well-known in the field of journal- ism. She was married to Dutch after they attended Syracuse University together. Look, there is Genevieve '6Cibby,' Kunkel. She manages her own Karmel Korn Luncheonette next to Joe Tarzan Donnellyis Store. Joe designs most of the shoes sold in his store. Janet McKee is his very competent secretary. Florence Townsend is his bookkeeper, but he enjoys helping her keep the books. He was always a 'gwhizn in bookkeeping. MARION: Say, Carm, if you ever need a nurse, call either Jeanette Churney or Marilyn McKee. They are both registered nurses and very good ones, I hear. If you happen to stop in Daw's Drug Store for your drugs or cosmetics, you'll prob- ably be waited on by Barbara Henry, who is working there. CARM: Well, I guess the party's beginning now. Weid better join the others. I'Ve enjoyed chatting with you. MARION: I've enjoyed chatting with you, too. We should have these get-to- gethers more often. Come on. Let's hurry! Theyire lining up for the grand march. CARMELLA CAMARDO MARION PENN A new 'Utes Nl' YS? xx Kunkel, Linda Rockino 'J tl?
