The girls of this organization try to uphold the ideals of truth, loyalty, and love at all times. They participated with the Elites in giving an in- formal dance to which the other literary organizations were invited. In the fall they donated food for the needy. As usual. this year the Heps took part in the inter-club declams and one of their members won the short story contest with her story entitled Nlust an Antique Desk. At the regular meetings of the society. which are held in the Hep club room every Friday after school, programs of a literary nature, and also solely for enter- tainment, are given.
