He was active in all our class and school activities, being a class officer both years of high school and playing on the foo thrall and bosketbflll teams. .Q.. . f' lQ,f'1i-311 e He fell 111 the last month of so-whomore year and was taken to the YQ : ' Glencoe Hospital, where it :ms discovered he had leukemia, an incurable 4 blood disease. He was taken home, where he died on June 16, 1945 at the age of fifteen years and nine months.
