CLASS HISTORY In the Fall of 1968, we entered the spacious halls of Central as quivering Freshman. Our sponsors were Mrs. Doyle and Mr. Allen. In the fall of 1969, we returned to the halls of Central as Super Sophs . During the year we lost: Mike Alcorn, Dennis Allen,Terrance Brown, Timothy Brown, Darell Bubb, Merle Jud, Monte Leenerts, Dean Stevens, and Roger Weatherby. We gained: Betty Bigley, Jerry Callison, and David Gallamore. Our sponsors were Miss Steiner and Mr. Parker. In the fall of 1970, we once again appeared as jovial Juniors. During the year we lost: Donna Loeschen, Daryl Mansperger, Pam Davis, Peggy Smith, and Marie Sparrow. We gained: Mike Alcorn, Jane Click, Diana Lopez Deborah Tarr, Peggy Brown, and David Buss. We presented our class play They Run In Our Family under the’ direction of Mrs. Wilper. Under the successful completion of a dance at the beginning of the year, our Valentines Dance, and selling candy we were able to present the Seniors with a prom, Fantasy Under The Sea at Central. Our sponsors were Mrs. Creek, Mrs. Wilper, and Mr. Stevens. Returning in the year of 1971, as Sophisticated Seniors we lost: Mike Alcorn, Unetta Allison, Bill Bose, Alan Bruns, Ed Curley, and Debbie Tarr. We gained: David Buss, Kent Snider, and Dale Shank. Our Class officers were: President-Bob Brady; Vice-President-Bill Ausmus; Secretary-Sandy Weems; Treasurer-Sherry West; Reporter-Donna Tenhouse; Student Council Representatives-Cheryl Dralle, Stan Frese, and Greg Johnson. Activities of the year consisted of our Homecoming Celebration and Dance, our Christmas Dance, the Junior-Senior Prom, Senior Play, our Senior Trip to Six Flags, Baccalaureate, and Commencement. Our sponsors were Coach Brickman and Mr. Witty. The world is at our feet not but we shall never forget Central and some of the best years of our lives. DON’S 66 SERVICE GOLDEN 28

I, MARLENE ALLEN, being of sound mind and lazy body, do will my ability to do walkovers to Deb H. and Kathy M., and the rest of my life to Bob. I, BILL AUSMUS, not feeling very generous, leave all my love for Mrs. Doyle to anyone who dislikes her more than I do, and my mustache and sideburns to Mr. Witty. I, BRAD BANGER7 being of sound mind and short height, do hearby will my pack of Kools to Mister Witty, my tom up P. E. shoes to Danny Wilson and my Plymouth to Travis Liveritt. I, ALICE BASTERT, Being of unsound mind and body, do will and bequeath my talent for getting stuck in snow drifts to Jim, a million ice cubes to Di Lee, and my love of 4-H records to Diane.
