The theme transformed the gym into the sidewalk cafes of Paris with a large Eiffel Tower predominating in the center. Streamers in shades of blue and purple were draped to create an illusion of a false ceiling. Juniors presented entertainment throughout the evening and Don Hurdle's Orchestra provided music for the dance. Highlighting the evening's festivities was the coronation of the King and Queen, and the presentation of their court. The Royal Court At 6:30 a.m., May 10, 64 Seniors left Central to travel 5 hours to reach Kirkwood Lodge in the Ozarks. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed swimming, boating, fishing, golf, and sunbathing.
