Seifert, Mrs. Irvin Hecht Each home room selects a parent representative and this group, meeting with the faculty three or four times a year, is known as the Parent-Teacher Advisory Council. This year the group sponsored a teacher-parent conference hour following an open meeting in which the community heard Dr. Belmont Farley of the N. E. A. At another meeting a guid- ance instructor at State College spoke, and a fourth meeting was devoted to plans for getting voters out for the tax levy. This year the Boosters' Club took over the responsibility of chartering buses for students to attend out-of-town football and basketball games.
