Some ol' its projects are the Piano and Choir Con- test and a big candy sale. These projects raise money to buy music and send the Band on its annual trip. Membership is limited to musicians who excel in perform- ance and who boost the department with zeal and enthusiasm. To qualify for Three M's one must be a sophomore and must have a B average in Band and nothing lower than a CU average in the other subjects. Page 117

To enter NFL 25 points are required. Points are earned bv speaking in various outside events. or par- ticipating in the contests. Besides the in- traniural cup contest and interschool for- ensic League contest. the events ol' the school year given by the Speech Depart- nient are the annual Speech Vaudeville.
