Domestic Exchange was a group of selected students sponsored by Mr. J. Evans and Mrs. L. Todd. The officers of the 1986-87 school year were Heidi Westerfield, Pres., Avery Wilson, V. Pres.g Dana Kubiszyn, Sec., and Ley Chaffin, Treas. Throughout the school year, Domestic Exchange met in the morning to discuss and prepare the plans for their trip in April. In order to pay for their travels, Domestic Exchange raised money by giving the thrill- ing and exciting No Frills Dance 1987. In addition to this, the club sold several items to help pay for their awaited journey. On April 3, 1987, Domestic Exchange members boarded buses for their trip to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Charlottesville, Virginia. Plus, they traveled to the cities of Baltimore, Washington D.C., Annapolis, and Philadelphia, Penn- sylvania. On the trips, Domestic Exchange members had some unusual experiences. Most of all though, the members became closer knit friends, and made new friends along the way. 122 Organizations
