FORWARD As the years slip rapidly into one another, blending thought into thought, word into word, and deed into endless deed, man pauses to reflect on the past and to ponder the future. The life of the present is so brief that it is lost in the identity of first past, then future. Serving as a summation of one year of high school life, the Echo mirrors records made and activities completed. The voice of each individual-student or teacher-is heard, no one plays an unimportant part, nor is any part played by an unim- portant individual. With the 1957-58 school year behind us, picture and copy recreate its memorable moments. While the year's accomplish- ments fade in age, they remain ever fresh in our memories with each glimpse back into the Echo of the past.
