dx. The Rifle Club has been organized for two years. Their targets are three: knowledge of weapons for safety, develop- ment of good marksmanship among the boys, and the promotion of good competi- tive spirit. Consequently, they have many awards-1, The pro-marksmanship award -2, Marksman first class-and 3, The sharpshooter which has nine stages in sitting, kneeling, and standing positions -4, Expert-5, Distinguished rifle man. They fire Monday and Thursday nights from three to five. Not only here in the North Country where men are keenly aware of the need for caution but any- where our boys may find themselves in this world they will be better for the valued lessons they received on the range. k J M k R Rep L Cragm J Barton, J.
