CLU Boys receiving one letter for participation in either football or basketball are eligible to become members of the S Club. These boys have all receiv- ed their medals and trophies presented at previous honor assemblies. This year the club helped buy a movie camera for the school, sponsored Donkey Bas- ketball, and the appearance here of the famous Har- lem Globetrotters. Advisors of this organization of forty members are Mr. Marvin Crowley and Mr. John Bruckbauer. Spectacular committee chairmen make plans, but keep them secret. What's it about boys?

Composed of two members from each home- room and four executive officers elected at large, it annually promotes a number of projects for the welfare of the school. Among the projects this year were the sale of Central Pins, the Viking Day festivities and dance, the faculty-student March of Dimes basketball game, the keeping of attendance charts for the school, and the donation of one gundred dollars as a scholarship to a worthy stu- ent. There are forty-four active members this year working harmoniously under the guidance of Mr. Beglinger and Mr. Rogina. BOARD OF REVIEW Back Row: R. Moe, J, Ronca, S. Ladich. Middle Row: S. If you have met the students outside of the student council room you have been pleas- ed no doubt with the fine group of young people from our school. However, if you have been un- fortunate enough to have been late too often or absent an unwarranted number of times these members of the board can be a mighty tough lot. The board wishes to remind all Centralites that a good attendance record can be important in life.
