The Sunshine girls took cheerup presents to old folks and shut-ins at Christmas time. In the spring the club sponsored a sock-hop' and gave the proceeds to the Riley Hospital. The club had their annual hayride in the fall, and the Be;t Girl Banquet” in the spring. The Hi-Y is sponsored by Mr. Bagwell. JUNIOR III-Y Mr. Taylor is the sponsor of this organization of boys in grades seven, eight and nine. The Junior Hi-Y’s purpose is similar to that of the Hi-Y.
