People of file Seasons E l l 5 1 Our 1968-69 school year was spangled with plays, football, and basketball. Barbara Pop- linger makes a request of the men, That enough crying - you must never cry too long. As the weather changed to fall we moved from the auditoriuun to the stadium. Rougher number 86 runs for a touchdown in the fall wind. As the season changed from fall to winter We moved into the gymnasium for basketball. Varsity Rougher Bob Dodson shoots and scores for another Rougher victory.

Centralites have shown more involvement in sports this year than in previous years. Not only more school spirit in football games and athletics, but more concern as a whole. Our gym was filled constantly with the thunderous. stu- dent body in victory or defeat. The green and white spirit groups added much to an improved school spirit. We wonder who enjoys the competitiveness the most, the athlete or the fan. It takes a little extra to produce a victory, Whether it be performing at a halftime or leading the cheers at a game. n It was a season of wins and losses, of frustratlons and practices. But we will remember the good and the bad, and these cherished memories will be relived days, perhaps even years later.
