The S+uden+ Council was made fhe headquar+ers for all Cen+ral's ac+ivi+ies. Perhaps +he change was due 'ro +he war, per- haps +o Sam Schwar+z, or Miss Wiggins, or Mr. Davis, or perhaps i+ was +he combina+ion of cooperafion and fhe spirif of willingness +o work.
