They learned abouf fhe acfivifies of fhe narcofic and homicide squads, discussed posf-war planning and lowering fhe vofing age fo eighfeen. And if was fhe Civic Club who was responsible for fhe overwhelming success of fhe Vicfory Bond Campaign. Bu+ fhe responsibilifies of a democracy depend on more fhan iusf a 'Few individuals-Democracy requires one hundred per cenf cooperafion from all cifizens. Democracy requires capable, efficienf, well selecfed leaders.
