It is my pleasure to be a part of this faculty and cornmunity, working to promote a sound educa- tional program. I also com-it it a privilege to be associated vvit.h this student body. I challenge the faculty and student body to be even more produc- tive, better disciplined, self-reliant and developers of positive attitudes. As l observed the Honor Roll for the first grading period, I was happy to see the names of about 150 of our students on the list. ' Also published from the Guidance Center was a list of students with Perfect Attendance . l would like to take this opportunity to encourage more of our students to strive for perfect attendance in order that there can be an increas- ing munber each grading period. There has been a definite improvement in the attitudes and cooperation of the students at Central High School. For this we are grateful. Each student enrolled in our school has a certain responsibility and a certain duty to per- form. If we can be assured of this kind of cooperation from all of our students, then Central High School will con- tinue to improve .
