Zerr, Skinner and Wilson then remembered how burly Ike Adams was named on the All Star Eleven, and Bob Jennings was given honorable mention. Peachy seemed to be the sarcastic byword for anything the upperclassmen didn ' t like. There were many other initials, too numerous to mention, also censored. Wilson, Skinner and Zerr remembered having quite a hand in organizing this new language themselves. But, nevertheless, they did have fun that year, for it was the year when, as Skinner says, they were Big Seniors, and all three boys were on the Luminary staff. At the Big Six Track Meet, Central ' s track squad placed second in the high school league, well repre- sented by Don Fitzhugh, Bill Best, Bob Merrill, Sonny Howard and Bill Comer. The Senior Test was given, and Nancy Ary made the highest grade. Harriet Bosenberg and Eileen Horowitz made the second and third highest grades. Pat Grinnell represented Central in the D.A.B.
