Sllllll I llllll llll Due to the hearty backing of the school, this year was an extremely successful one for the student gov- erning body. It carried through the tasks facing it with flying colors. In every field of endeavor-activity ticket sales, mixers, assemblies, Centralian sales and others-it had favorable results. In addition to its regular activities the Central Stu- dent Council of 1941-42 has to its record the successful management of the coathanger drive, the promotion of Pan-American day, and the founding of the Central Pep Club. The crowning achievement of the council was, however, the production of the first Variety Night to be entirely managed by the students. The other first term officers were: sergeant-at-arms, Ioe Rodierp critic, Bob Stahl. Other second term offi- cers were: sergeant-at-arms, Iean Richardson: critic, Ioe Gaba.
