Physical Educational Department Physical Education contributes much to the physical, emotional, and biolog- ical aspects of the student's total educa- tion. i The Physical Education program here at Central is aimed at giving students the opportunity 'to develop excellent physical fitness. There are several addi- tional advantages, however. A physical leducation student increases his muscular istrength, stamina, and endurance. He ,learns a variety of skills, and if he ex- cells at one, he may be permitted to l join a team. Belonging to a team gives him the democratic philosophy which iis so important in good sportsmanship.
