Vice-principal and Principal Theodore Southerland Glenn A. Omans Principal Glenn A. Omans Crightl is familiar with pattems of high school life. As he looks here at a 1954 Centralia Yearbook with Theodore Southerland, who is serving his second year as Vice-Principal of Central, Mr. Omans is undoubtedly explaining a few of the changes which have taken place at Bay City Central High School. To be the administrative leaders of an American high school, in this case, Central High School, is a responsibility and a challenge which these two men have accepted and met with the approval of both their faculty and students. Working closely with Mr. Omans and Mr. Southerland are the two Deans, the Dean of Girls and the Dean of Boys. Also helping with administrative responsibilities are the four grade counselors, one counselor for each of the grades of our four-year high school. The name Grade Counselor replaced the name Grade Principal several years ago. Hats off to the Administration of Central High School!
