Two team mem- bers, Ed Rybak and Dwight Olsen, were awarded a place on the All-Valley team. Ed Rybak also was placed on the Detroit Free Press second All-State team. Bay City won the 1941 state regional tournament held in the local gym- nasium March 12, 14, and 15, but was defeated by Pontiac in the quarterfinals at Saginaw.
