However, he is equally enthusiastic about base- and fishing. ball! Without the mastering of communicative and comprehensive skills, the student is not prepared to meet the challenges of his society. The English curricula provides for him the opportunity to develop reading and gram- matical tools, self expression, and a sound literary background. MISS KORFHAGE is co-advisor to Central's MR. GUENTER tea- ches senior English and journalism. He is ad- visor to the Times'and enjoys camping, canoe- ing and fishing. Historical Society and teaches ninth and eleventh grade English. She finds enjoyment in gardening, reading and knitting. MR. LENHOFF teaches senior English. During the summer he manages a little theater. She is ad- visor for the Future Teachers of America Club and is co-advisor to the Historical Society. MR. HCI Outside interests include music, reading and hiking. 'N- ,- As seen in Mr. Castle's eleventh grade class, a most enjoyable element in the course's presen- tation is lively give and take discussion in which the student puts his tools of self expression and literary comprehension to practical use.
