It is a picture of Central High, two thousand four hundred and sixty-three faces, some mischievous, others inquisitive, and most usually alert. It is also her faculty, eighty-eight strong. Each with encouraging, guiding, and in- structive characteristics. It portrays the fear of the unknown freshman year, the gradual gaining of self-confidence in the sophomore year, the juniors' acquisition of interest in schoolllife, and the unde- nJ FINE 1 A ARTS Q3 5 EH 9 st S5 17 Page 5 niable satisfaction of the superiority feel- KARENPZZSEEJ- Edna' ing acquired by the seniors.
