Our Freshman Year 1949, we were very green especially about changing classes and so many teachers. Finally we learned all the ropes and acted as if we owned the school Our teacher. Mr Grimes, did his best but it was a lost cause The things we enjoyed most were the F F A and F H A Banquets and the holidays Sophomore Year 1950 Miss Ann Cox was our home room teacher One of the highlights that year was the Werner Roast we gave the Seniors at Texaco Beach Of course, we had other interests such as sports, parties, and a must LESSONS Our Junior Year 1951 Then the fireworks began We really had to go to work along with our teacher, Mr Frank Evans We put on a play Raggedy Nan at which we made money for the Junior-Senior Banquet. We also carried on a Magazine Campaign This year the F F A and F H A combined their banquets for the Mothers and Fathers and had a fish fry at Texaco Beach We enjoyed that a lot more naturally because we did not have to listen to any long-winded speakers Then the long awaited Jumor-Semor Banquet We worked our fingers to the bone decorating the gym for the dance and the lunchroom for the banquet The theme carried out was a garden Everyone seemed to enjoy it and that made us feel wonderful Senior Year 1952 Here we start to say our Good Byes to dear ole Central High School These days have been the happiest of our life we know. Mr C. 0 McMullan is our home room teacher. So far we still haven't realized it has been twelve years but th? Senior Play. Jumor-Semor Banquet and Commencement will bring the dream to a reality As we take those last steps out of the Door of Life to Another Door we will be leaving many dear memories behind but we will make many more in the future somewhere else. Now the day is at hand and we want you all to share it with us.
