LAST HULL MID IfSIRDlfDI We, the 1951 Senior Class of Central High School with the cooperation of our faculty and parents, have reached our goal for graduation, but only to start out in a new world and begin our careers, which we hope will bring us success. We hereby give you our last will and testament. ARTICLE I Item I To Mr. Basnight we leave gratitude for making our senior year a happy one. Item II To Mrs. Sharber we leave an English Book entitled, Ain't English Wonderful? Item III To Miss Maston we leave regretfully what is left of the typewriters. Item IV To Miss Brite we leave a delightful gang of incoming Freshmen. Much luck! Item V To Mrs. Jackson we leave the sophisticated Juniors with the winning smile. Item VI To Mrs. Larabee we leave a handbook entitled, Sewing for Beginners. Item VII To Mr. Evans we leave a lot of professional basketball players to keep him happy. Item VIII To Mr. McMullan we leave the remembrance of the 12th Grade Football players. Item IX To Mr. Davenport we leave a successful gang of farmers—That is, we hope . . . ARTICLE II To the Senior Class of 52: Item I We leave our seats in the auditorium, and also having the opportunity of going to the buses first. Seth Carter leaves his title as best-looking boy to Cortez Temple. Ruby Neil Brite leaves her cuteness to Barbara Ballance. Calvin Hudson leaves his ability to catch a girl's heart to Harry Brite. Jane Singletary leaves her name as Flirt to Barbara Jean Harrell. Aubrey Sanders leaves his name as Windy Warner to Jimmy Sanders. Carolyn Ives leaves her job as editor of the Splash to Doris Etheridge. Wayne Winslow leaves his long legs to Punchie Stallings. Earline Taft leaves her dancing ability to Nancy Pritchard. Melvin Sawyer leaves his energetic vitality to Johnnie Gregory. Anne Sawyer leaves her typing ability to Julian Ownley. Cecil Rhodes leaves his curly hair to Jackie Williams. Billy Olds leaves his title as biggest eater to Mr. Basnight and leaves Sylvia to anyone who thinks he can get her. Doris Lee Story leaves her jolly spirits to Billy Baum. Claudia Raye Sawyer leaves her excellent posture to Doris Ballance. Adrienne McPherson leaves her low height to Norma Dean Spence. Fannie Creef leaves her pleasing smile to Miriam Meads. Barbara Hardesty leaves her cooperation at all times to Wilbur Turner. Charlotte Sawyer leaves her front seat on the school bus to Harry Blevins.
