As the military struggle rolls on to victory, Allied leaders turn to the tremendous task of rebuilding a chaotic world into one of unity, security and freedom, The achievement of a peaceful, united world seems today as impossible as did Allied victory not many months ago. lt is a stupendous task and one that cannot be accomplished in a year, a decade, or even a generation. High school youth all over the world will have a share in it. As it is a challenge to the leaders of today, it is also a challenge to us, among whom are the leaders of tomorrow.
