Don. L. Hempstead. Assistant Principal Administrative Mr. Don L. Hempstead. Assistant Principal, works with Mr. Berry on certain problems. He deals especially with the student body, help- ing solve personal and disciplinary problems. Acting as advisor of the Student Council, chairman of the study halls, and director of the Guidance and Counseling Department are included in his duties. Nine men and v omen work as counselors at Davenport High School. The students con- fer with them when problems arise concerning school matters.
