J , 1 A ' I 5 S Miss AIILDRED ELIZABETH SMITH Much thanks is due Miss Smith who has been our sponsor for two years and whose untiring eiforts and patience have helped us over many rough places. Additional thanks is also due her for he-r invaluable assistance as adxisoi to tht Mrssengei Sta October 20-Today we chose our Senior Sponsor, and Diary, she is, shall I say, the most suited or as in this ease, the one we unanimously chose. Some way she seems closer to us Senior Girls. She struggled with us in our Junior year, and we reullv know that she wished the very best for all of us. I don't suppose we are any I too appreciative of her efforts to do things for us, but I know that in the heart of every Senior, Senior days mean the days when Miss Smith accepted our invitation of Sponsor, and from then throughout the year, secured privileges, for us and in every way made our Senior year enjoyable.
