NVilliams, President of Central College for Women at Lexington. Blo., is the best qualified man for this place that I know of. His high Christian character and intellectual ability especially fit him for this position. This institution surely is under the right manage- ment while in the care of Dr. and Mrs, Vlfilliams. There is no college for women in the west that is better and more suitable to which we may send our daughters than Central. Bly daughter, who recently graduated there. thinks there is no other place as good.
