Emptiness—yet when the bell rings, pandemonium. Our own Alma Mater, Central High, did not come into existence by the mere waving of a fairy ' s wand, nor did the addition of our four new classrooms appear this way. Through the designs, dreams, and plans of man aided by nature ' s gifts, such as the clay for the bricks, came the structure we know as our school. The traditions surrounding the original building, combined with the new classrooms, joinforces to produce the CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL IMAGE. It is the privilege of the 1965 Spartan Staff to present this image and its memories to the students, patrons, and teachers of our school. May you see your reflection in the mirror of events taking place during this school year.
