Concert with Rafael Mendez Concert Tour Concert with Robert LOWVY Band Banquet The Instrumental The Central Dauphin Band is a year-round or- ganization under the direction of Witman M. Gingrich. Rehearsals are held before school in the winter and twice a week in summer. ln their positions as school goodwill am- bassadors, the 118 band members faithfully ne- gotiate a schedule of football games, parades, local festivals, band competitions, and concerts. Members having outstanding musical ability re- ceive recognition by participation in County, Dis- trict, Regional, and State Band Festivals.
