R CUSTGDIA 'llhese friendly men are often seen in the halls and classrooms of Central Dauphin. Many people think their only job is to keep our school grounds clean, but this isn't true because our custodians are really jacks-of-all trades. Blany of them are actually trained specialists at work. These employees are well-schooled. test-proven electricians. gardeners, painters, plumbers. carpenters- among other specialties and trades too numerous to mention. The custodians maintain the responsibility of re- pairing the many pieces of complicated equipment in our spacious school. Some of them also double-up as bus drivers. transporting the students to and from school. t At noon-time a few do their bit to make our lunches more enjoyable. If you ever see policemen at athletic events that resemble the men who sweep our halls, you are not seeing double. They are the same men. performing just a few of their many duties. After this brief description. akg xstiva we're sure you'll agree they are truly jacks-of-all-trades. Left to Right: Charles Yingst, Charles Armold. Sherman Shartzer. Clarence Kepler, john Wagner, Pedro Bastardi, Guy Heckman. Arthur Decker, Ivor Jones, Guy Biesecker, Violette Frost. William Staub. Howard Burtsfield, Harold Singer.
